Born in Switzerland, we are committed to delivering a product that lives up to the high standard that the Swiss name holds. At caviarsuisse we are focused on the production of high-quality caviar from handpicked Sturgeon that meet the high expectations of our international clientele.
Our caviar is made using the exact same simple traditional recipe used in Iran. Just caviar and salt. No artificial preservatives or flavor enhancers. When it comes to rearing sturgeons in our fish farm in Highlands of the canton of Zurich, we take a unique approach. We let our sturgeon grow up in flowing waters in the wild. Allowing the water temperatures to vary depending on the season and the weather. This rearing process can often take up to 16 years but In return, we get a product that cannot be surpassed in terms of taste and quality.
We pride ourselves on producing caviar using sustainable methods. Many wild sturgeon species are critically endangered worldwide due to years of overfishing. At caviarsuisse we produce caviar using only farmed sturgeon.
