CAVIARSUISSE was founded in 2016 as a subsiderry of BRUNNER & BRUNNER GmbH, Pfäffikon ZH. In addition to importing fresh and frozen seafood, BRUNNER & BRUNNER decided to take the leap into caviar production under the "CAVIARSUISSE" brand, becoming the only caviar producer in Switzerland. Five years later we have a diverse range of international clients including restaurants and cosmetic companies and we continue to produce high-quality sustainable caviar. Our caviar is produced in Pfäffikon ZH and is sourced from a species-appropriate aquaculture facility in Austria. In the future, we plan to rear the sturgeon for caviar production in Switzerland.
